Basic Boarding Rates

Reservations

Please call ahead for reservations. Advanced reservations are particularly important for weekends, holidays, and during the summer months. Of course, we will do our best to help you out in an emergency provided we have space available.

There is a $10 charge for all Sunday pick-ups and drop-offs. Sunday pick-ups and drop-offs are by appointment only and between 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

The following major holidays require a 3 day minimum reservation:

New Years, Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We do not permit check-in or check-out on the actual holiday.

We also have a 3 day minimum charge for the weekends. The rest of the week is a 2 day minimum charge.

 

There is a $45 per dog cancellation fee if you cancel with less than a 5 days notice

 

If you are getting home early and would like to schedule to get your dog before the original pick up date, please note that we bill for the reservation.

Small Kennel:

$26 per day ($22 for an additional small dog in the same kennel)

Our small kennels have an indoor area of 5 feet by 4 1/2 feet with an outdoor fenced run that measures 14 feet by 5 feet.

Medium Kennels:

$28 per day($24 for an additional dog in the same kennel)

Our medium kennels have an indoor area of 6 feet by 5 feet with an outdoor fenced run that measures 14 feet by 5 feet. Large enough for a Great Dane

Large Kennel: (Reserved for families of 2 or more)

$30 per day($28 for an additional dog in the same kennel, $24 for the 3rd)

Our large kennels have an indoor area of at least 10 feet by 5 feet with outdoor fenced runs ranging from 14 feet by 10 feet to 17 feet by 10 feet. Large enough for 2 Great Danes

 

It is $5 extra per day for intact males over 12 months old.

It is $5 extra per day for 2 dogs sharing a kennel that need to be fed separately.

 

If you are not already paying the extra $5 per day for an intact male, but your dog is aggressive towards other dogs and needs their own yard, we will add a $5 per day special handling fee to your bill. Families of 2 or more dogs that need their own yard will not be charged the extra $5. We do not board dogs that are aggressive to people.

 

No intact males for daycare.

 

Boarding rates include free daycare.


All of our kennels contain an elevated bed for each dog. Please feel free to bring your dog's bed from home, (favorite toys, treats and bones as well).

Check out is Noon. Check Outs after noon will be charged for the day of boarding.

We do reserve the right to determine the appropriate size kennel for your dog(s). We will not place a large dog or group of dogs in a kennel that is too small for their size. There is a State of NC statute regulating enclosure size based on the size of the dog.

Daycare

$20 per day. Daycare is Mondays, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am to 5:30pm and does not include a kennel. No daycare on rainy days. No daycare below 32 degrees or above 90 degrees

Food

There will be a $2 charge per day if we provide food.

Flea Treatment

We do not permit dogs with fleas.

Medication

$2 per day will cover up to 3 doses

We are proud to offer a 10% discount to all first-responders and family members of active military. We also offer a 10% discount to the wonderful team of Polk county teachers.
